  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided as estimates only.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipments include tracking once dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

  • We are happy to assist with carrier claims when applicable but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Shipping Restrictions
