Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless the conditions below are strictly met.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• You contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and

• The item is completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and unopened, and

• The original packaging is fully sealed and intact.

If the packaging has been opened, unsealed, worn, used, or tampered with in any way, the item is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange — no exceptions.

Approved returns that meet all conditions will be refunded to the original form of payment once received and inspected.

 

Exchanges (Sizing Only)

We offer size exchanges only, provided that:

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery, and

• The item is unopened, unused, unworn, and

• The original packaging is sealed.

Once packaging has been opened, size exchanges are no longer permitted.

Final Sale

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted after packaging has been opened.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day window, regardless of condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
